  thoughtful for residents

  impressed initially by the appearance and worried because they say appearances deceive. but Queens Peak delivers plus much more. personally i love the convenience the most, and also the facilities has 1 gym in each of the towers - there are 2 towers. no need to walk and transfer lift. gym is not that big but it's enough, i'm happy they did this. also have side gate linking to queenstown mrt on L2, plus landromat to wash clothes, billards table, and even food on premises for those lazy or too hot too raining days.

  affordable luxury

  Queens Peak looks so elegant with the two white towers and high 40+ storey, so high class and private lift as well. i would say it is affordable luxury, because the price is still within reach (u r paying for location and just beside mrt with shelter walkway). get to enjoy lots of green spaces on each level with fantastic views all around like lush botanic gardens or pasir panjang port with some sea view.

  With good location comes high price

  expect to pay at least $1M for the smallest unit at Queens Peak but the location is so good, if you can afford it you won't regret it. I didn't.

We've found the area to have remarkably less traffic when driving, which is a significant advantage for both our team and visitors.   Great location and great amenities within and

  Great accessibility to major nodes in Singapore. Surrounding amenities are within reach for daily activities. Layout is good for certain units. Anyways layout is very subjective. Some may like foyer and some don’t etc… Good that this condo has commercial tenants to contribute to sinking fund pool.not what you see in other property which means owners have to pay more for upkeep. Upkeep has been good and regular.

  Don't Waste Your Money Here

  The sole advantage of this condo is the private bridge linked to the MRT station. Other than that, please don't waste your money here. The design is uninspiring and drab, to the extent that some people have mistook it for a HDB block ! The fittings and finishings are of such poor quality, it's pathetic. The walls are so hollow that you can literally hear your neighbours. The management is utterly hopeless.

  Incredibly convenient, beautiful views

  I love living here. The convenience is amazing - 1 min from queenstown mrt, close to so many affordable food options, close to nature and walks. great for new families with a childcare center literally downstairs, and great for families with pets because it has a pet park. Some units have an amazing view facing the southern waterfront, with greenery, seascapes and cityscapes combined.
