  Condo is new, so everything looks nice at first glance. But when you look closely, the condo designer has made some terrible, low-quality fixture choices like the shoddy Fermax intercom and Yale doorlock, or the plastic hinge on the Kohler toilet which several residents have been complaining about breaking, or the awkwardly round kitchen sink which also shows tons of water stains, or the weird plasticky material on the counters in kitchen/bathroom which stain super easily. Super high maintenance apartment, despite not being particularly luxurious... Its only saving grace is being located directly connected to MRT.

  Poor finishing and noisy

  stayed for 1.5yrs and can't wait to move out. very lousy finishing, stone floor that stain easily, washing machine is so noisy that you can hear all your neighbours doing laundry. very dirty common areas as it is a rental condo. facilities bare min. nearest food have to walk 800m to meiling or dawson. management totally unfriendly. super noisy if block is facing mrt, you will regret because the train will give you a wake up call at 6plus am. the only good thing about this condo is the location.

  HDB look alike!!! Poor layout!!!

  Poor layout, rooms cannot accommodate queen comfortably. Needs to push to the side walls. Non functional balcony. Everything from the outside looks like a common hdb design. Even the multi storey carpark resembles hdb. Poor planning of billiard table facility, in a very windy area.

  Perfect choice for green line MRT access

  Fantastic MRT connectivity and plenty of bus options nearby (easy direct bus to Holland V, Vivo, etc.). Not as empty as Redhill or as expensive/old as Tiong Bahru, but with competitively short commute time to CBD via green line. 7mins walk to Fairprice / Sheng Siong is doable. Delicious food is not quite at your doorstep, but there are tons and tons of options a bit farther south. QP vs Commonwealth Towers was a matter of whether I wanted an oven or tennis courts (chose QP for the former). Pool on L7 is full Olympic size and very clean. L27 offers a beautiful view of greenery/GCBs and maybe even a sliver of the Botanic Gardens beyond. Less cramped than comparable neighborhoods in the east side of SG.

  Location location. Next to Queenstown mrt and park connector! Direct bus to Orchard shopping area in less than 10 mins

  Worst finishing and big aircon ledge

  We are tenant living in queen peak while waiting completion of property. Beside having the smallest bedrooms, this is far worse finishing we ever seen. Short & exposed drainage like hdb.

  It's not too bad, but very noisy due to const

  Construction isn't completed, many unit still doing interior work which makes so much noise everyday even on Saturday morning. There's church construction happening also makes a lot of noise as well.
