  Another Development in the Area with a good v

  This is another development in the area with a good view if you purchased the correct units. Else, it's another dense condominium in the area. There are several dual-key units that are rented out, so that means resident density is high. It enjoys (or suffers) from the same issues as its neighbors. Decent amenities in the area, and good road links, but do not have good access to public transport, which will likely mean more expensive PHV rides.

  Variety of facilities available

  There are so many facilities in this condo eg swimming pools, gym, sauna, bball court, tennis court. And surprisingly there are all well-kept. Residents must be v lucky to live here

  The 1 bed room layout is efficient and very f

  The 1 bed room layout is efficient and very functional. However, the price of about $1200psf is a little challenging for condo in this location
