  utilise the Canberra MRT, and walk a bit to get to malls with supermarkets, and nearby parks, and amenities like schools, as well as Bukit Canberra and the lovely Sembawang Hot Spring! an up-and-coming happening area in Yishun! if you need more variety, can easily go to JB as it is a few stops to Khatib on the same line.

  close to Canberra MRT

  Provence Residence EC is close to the additional Canberra MRT in Yishun that opened in 2019 in anticipation of projects nearby. well this is one development that benefits! this is one of the main selling points of Provence Residence, aside from it being an EC. for those who drive, the Seletar Expressway links to the Central Expressway and Tampines Expressway. from Canberra MRT on the north-south line.

  Provence at Canberra

  TOP in 2026. Provence Residence EC at Canberra area is nicely built up, although the units look a bit small. efficient 'dumb-bell' unit layout makes up for that, and the tranquil location in Yishun is close to greenery like Yishun Dam. looking forward.
