  goods: 1.more shops coming around 2.restaurants on east coast road easy to reach 3.good and quiet environment 4.bus frequency acceptable and near good school Taonan 5.good maintenance bads: 1.MRT station can only be expected by the year of 2023 2.no clinic and big supermarket around 3.40~60mins public transport to Raffles 4.no swimming pool
