Nature, Convenience & Classy Living by the Wa
I moved here for an upgrade in lifestyle. I get lots of nature being next to waterway, and jogs or cycling leads up to Punggol jetty and Coney island. There's a Prime and a Sheng Siong, 3 coffeeshops and if needed, feeder bus or walk to waterway point. Also short drive to TPE. It's also next to Punggol Cove P school and Yusoff Ishak Sec Sch, the latter of which is a good school. The landscape follows that of a relaxing nature resort. Gym is just alright and a few pools for variety. Very classy facade look. Being a new comm, we hv much to learn in mgmt, but we'll get there -

Really not acceptable
PG Owner here. Have to post anonymously because got property flippers hoping us to keep quiet about it. The MCST and MA is absolutely trash. 0 follow up, 0 resolutions. Carpark issues, litter issues, poor landscaping, upgrade of condo system that might increase cost without bylaws, no accountability, no real manner of feedback and communication with residence. Majority don't care because it's not their problem. Bicycle everywhere and police keeps coming due to clamping and not enough visitor lots even though there is 100 over lots left just so to make a point. Really like a jungle. Place is really quite nice and beautiful by the park but the management is ruining everything. -

Condo with no guest parking
Beware before buying, this condo has almost no guest parking and charge $120 for people with more than one car. Best thing is after charging they ask you park at their non existent guest parking so you are not even guaranteed a parking lot. -

best property to stay in punggol
there is nothing i don't love about piermont grand. nearby has 3x supermarkets, tons of eateries. walking distance to waterway points and north shore plaza. super convenient with PCN for running and cycling. not to mention the punggol digital district development and rental/buying demand in the near future. best choice for punggol home seeker. -

The location is so convenient
I found Piermont Grand to be priced about right, sitting alongside new HDB projects and affordable private condos. The Singapore Institute of Technology and JTC’s business parks will be relocating to Punggol North, which should help develop this region further and guarantee a constant stream of tenants. While the property feels like it’s underpriced, there’s no compromise on facilities, amenities and household appliances. -

I like the quality of the facilities
Piermont Grand at 22 Sumang Walk is located in the north-east, several kilometres away from the CBD. While it’s a bit far out, the development is well connected via Punggol MRT station on the North-East Line. I consider this to be a long term investment. Prices for the 3-bedders are currently around $1 million. The project has a long list of facilities including pools, a gym, clubhouse and tennis courts. -
