  Peaceful and understated luxury

  Been living here close to 8 months and simply love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Walk to the MRT is short but quite manageable. Great restaurants at Dempsey that are close. Much rather be at this small low-rise than a 30 floor pigeon hole.

  Well built in quiet tree lined neighbourhood

  The central but quiet surroundings is a huge plus. The finishes and quality of build is evident here compared to several of low end developments in the area. luxurious common areas and responsive management/security.

  Quiet luxury but no amenities

  Rented there for 3 yrs. Loved feeling like I was living in my own single fam detached home. The concierge office and guards get to know you and treat you like they work for you. The spacious interiors make up for the lack of amenities. You basically get the pool and a closet sized “gym”. Only 5 units per floor. You have no excuse to not meet your neighbors, yet occupants can be a mixed bag. Lots of younger tenants. The quiet exclusive vibe was what I wanted at the time. Now that I’m close to an MRT station and have rich amenities, I wouldn’t go back.
