  Chinese memories

  People’s Park Complex is very typical of Chinese living styles and reminds me of my Chinese roots. I feel connected to my parents who are living in Shanghai. Nostalgia aside, this location is close to many amenities. Since I work at Raffles Place, there’s barely much travel required. The building is old but well maintained. Chinatown MRT is the closest train station. For those with kids, you will find numerous schools within a 2km radius.

  Chinatown's heart

  People’s Park Complex near Chinatown has the old-world charm that drew me to invest here. I’m a history major who prefers this sort of construction as opposed to glass buildings. The apartments are also more spacious compared to newer developments. Supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and MRT stations are within the vicinity.

  People's Park Complex

  Very old apartments built on top of a popular heartland style food centre. Seriously no lack of food living there. Apartments are squarish in design and can offer good views of the city. Chinatown MRT station at its doorstep.
