  Retro Vibes

  Personally, not my top pick because it will cost big bucks to renovate, fix or replace fixtures to give it a more modern look. However, I've got friends who love its retro vibes. It all boils down to your preference

  Surrounding construction obstructs peaceful l

  Construction ongoing everyday, so noisy so dusty. On top of that, the building is quite rundown and just not a place I would choose if I want to have chic yet peaceful living
