  Pearl Centre - Residential Apartments

  The Pearl Centre is an ideal location for people who value convenience and comfort. It's access to amenities, transport links, food, shopping and even a park for jogging right while still being close to the CBD make the location of this place extremely attractive. The apartments are very large and well laid out, with good views and a number of them have been recently renovated. The fact that these apartments are situated on top of a shopping mall serve as a good and a bad thing: - Good: the whole building is maintained to a decent standard, and access to food, entertainment and shopping is unmatched - Bad: No Condo facilities, except the multi-storey car park, which is not free. That's partially compensated by the presence of the Pearl Hill city park at the doorstep. It's recommended for professionals with hectic lifestyles that value space, good location and superb value for money.
