  Suitable for big families

  This is an old condo but with lots of space within your apartment to accomondate your big family. Because it's old, it doesn't have that many amenities or cool features that you would see in a new condo. There's a park and ECP just a stone's throw away to have lots of outdoor fun in nature.

  Beautiful sea view

  The sea view is amazing. If you have family and kids, you can bring them to ECP to cycle and have fun. If you're by yourself or with a partner, you can watch the sea view from your unit or head to ECP to enjoy it close up. EIther way, you will love it.
