  Mainly large units built on top of peace centre. Possibility of enbloc sales in a rising market

  Hard for enbloc be successful...

  If you realise, one side of the building is almost windowless. Apparently midway through construction, it was realised that this bldg can overlook the istana, hence the blocked views now. If developer buys and builds as tall, buyers will certainly demand a big discount for the lack of ventilation/windows. If developer buys and build low, it can only build much lesser units and can't pay a huge premium to current landlords.
