Worn out exterior and facilities
Project completed in 2011, no wonder the property looks a little worn out. Nonetheless still offer great views of the city if you are ok with the 'ageing' facade -

Paterson Suites
We rented a 3 bedroom condo here, and although it was nice, the sitting room was tiny, and so were the second and third bedrooms. Large balcony, but we could not sit outside due to the dust, noisy drilling & construction nearby. After one year there, we decided to move out. However, I would move back there again, if they lowered the price of the four bedroom units, and if construction from new condos next door have finished. Also, if plans for the new MRT on the nearby school site does not commence for a few years. Anyone have any idea when work is starting on that? -
