Rare gem in the city which is FH
I always wondered why this development is so underpriced cos it’s the most convenient in my opinion compared to even new projects nearby which is 99 years leasehold . I realised recently it’s because the number of transactions are low and owners (unless for a good reason) will not sell their property @ Paterson residences . Even the road facing units , if you are above level 6 or 7 won’t really affect you. This is a splendid condo which many don’t know about . -

Cozy condo but not perfect
Cozy condo in good location. However the units facing main road constantly suffer from car/bus noise during day and night. Have to keep windows closed to avoid the noise. Apart from this, this is a good place for those who like city life with lots of shopping malls nearby -

What's impressive about this condo is that it has air conditioned common corridor on all levels of the building, not only the ground and basement levels. Plus it comes with a concierge service -

Very nice landscaping & concierge service
This is the condo that has the best landscaping among all others that I had seen so far. 1 very distinct difference from other condos is that this has concierge service which can help to enhance rental rate (if owning for investment). Despite being beside a major road, the inward facing units facing the pool is actually very quiet. The BBQ area is actually sheltered too (nice feature) and the pits are far apart. Orchard MRT and Ion/Wisma Atria/Ngee Ann City is just a short walking distance away. -
