Lack of recreational facilities nearby
Looking at the location of the condo, it seems like there is not much recreational activities to do nearby. There is a park opposite the condo, good for exercising, evening stroll and a game of basketball -

Families with children have a few choices of schools nearby like MapleBear, Rosyth School and Bowen Secondary. A short drive away also brings you to different food at Lola's Cafe and Punggol Nasi Lemak. -
