  Park Villas Green

  Park Villas Green is a landed housing project that features spacious and well-designed units. The feel as one moves into the immediate vicinity is one of serenity and tranquility. Tall palm trees providing good shade line Poh Huat Avenue, the primary road through which the Park Villas Green estate is accessed. The Neo-Victorian architectural theme of the houses can be clearly seen from tall windows, pitched roofs as well as decorative pillar columns. The clean lines on the facade and boundary walls are well-accentuated by earth tones predominantly used for the external walls of most of the houses here. The smaller Intermediate Terraces maximise the use of 1600 square-feet land plots with a small garden and single car-park lot. The larger Corner Terraces exploit the large 3000-plus square-feet land parcels by having luxurious side gardens and parking space for up to 3 cars. Parking for visitors is not an issue as the road along which the houses sit is wider than the usual landed housing ones. Generous grass verges outside the boundary lines provide ample opportunity for home owners, particularly those living in the corner terraces, to style the greenery by planting their own trees and shrubs. Build quality of the houses is excellent. Polished marble is used for both the living and dining halls while large patio doors and wide entry points let in valuable day light into the houses. Three storeys high and each featuring more than 2,500 square-feet of internal space (the corner terraces have up to 3,800 square-feet), each house is more than just a building. The cleverly designed internal layouts and high ceilings allow for cosy and comfortable living while maximising functionality. The spacious units are highly suitable for families with children (even extended multi-generational ones), western expatriates who are used to large living spaces as well as those who covet peace and quiet without sacrificing convenience of daily commute and amenities.
