  waiting for MRT nearby

  currently, nearest train station is Fernvale LRT about 19min walk away. that's quite far. but good is that there are many bus stops within 5min walk. still holding out for a nearer MRT station for more predictable travel times. if that happens will surely huat because EC itself already can huat big time after privatized. good luck to all Parc Greenwich keyholders !

  Parc Greenwich carpark can be improve

  carpark lots to residents not 1 to 1 ratio, sometimes can be difficult to get an empty lot, not a big issue...but just think this aspect of the otherwise lovely Parc Greenwich EC can be improve :) maybe it is to encourage us to be more eco friendly and take public transport or walk instead. ha ha

  latest EC in Sengkang

  oh yes another EC in Sengkang area. Parc Greenwich EC developer is Frasers Property Limited. so far looking good, only drive past, haven't visited. heard some residents started taking keys earlier as TOP obtained earlier in May 2024. seemed quite fast to finish building as it seems the floors were only getting constructed yesterday although it's only 2 years ago! oh and heard got badminton court as well!
