Quiet, yet convenient
Condo at a good location with bus stops just outside. Telok Kurau is a quiet residential area, and so close to Katong for all the eateries! -

At a quiet vicinity with efficient layouts
On viewing of some of the units, they have efficient layouts which are evidence of better designed layouts of condos with TOP in 2000s, especially this is almost of 2010. Like the decently sized yard area which is mostly absent from new condos. Units facing the outwards are especially good as the condo itself isn't facing a main road and surrounded by trees. Common facilities are modest and overall the condo is decently maintained by the MCST. Close enough to 2 MRTs by walking or bus while far enough of the main Still Road or Changi Road to enjoy the serenity! -

Convenience
Buses going to MRT (Eunos, Kembanga, Paya Lebar) and shopping malls (PLQ, Parkway, Bedok Mall). -

Value for money
Quiet condo away from busy Still Road. Lorong G has one of the widest lanes amongst all Lorongs. Conveniently located, can walk to 2 coffeeshops and cafes in hospital. Very convenient especially when comes to emergency. experienced myself once. Nice staying here for the past 4 years. Bus stops just mins away also. Cycle to east coast park also not too far away. If not for the high levied ABSD on foreigners, I would have not hesitation buying a unit here. -

Lack privacy and location not ideal
i hav reservation for this place - pool is small. Viewed both 2rooms and a penthouse unit, rooms space small and lack privacy, u can see all your neighbours saying 'hi' to one another. NO GO. Location consider remote to me..far away from Kambagen MRT and only 2 buses ply along the road. -

Duplex penthouse & residents review
The duplex penthouse lacks privacy. Most units face one another neighbour or another condo by the name Rasidence 99 or 66..Very cramped feeling, no go for penthouse lover who prefer lot of privacy. The residents here also not friendly, inconsiderate and loud. Many complaints can be seen from the Notice Board about their acts. Feng Shui not very good for tis location, too near to hospital next door! It is also far away from MRT and need to cross 2 roads to reach Telok Kurau park for recreation Buyers beware! -

Great Location & Ambience!
As a newly arrived expat, I am pleasantly suprised by the 3 min walk to eateries, 7-eleven, laundry shop etc. Bus-stop is right at my door set and MRT is just 15 min (mostly sheltered) walk away! Plus the pool and sauna just to myself on most evenings :) -

Palm Oasis
Quality build on exterior and interior (e.g. Hansgrohe in master's bedroom, Teka in kitchen, Ximula for closets). Automated/electronic locks for units and main gates. Decent sized pool. Small gym albeit high quality equipment Quiet neighborhood location. Nearby bus stops. 2 blocks away from Eastshore hospital. Hawker stalls within easy walking distance but not much else. MRT station walkable but not too convenient. Nearby petrol stations (SPC, Esso). Relatively straightforward access to East Coast park and highway Still too new to judge condo mgt and after service so have marked average -
