Great Choice for Rental, Single and Couple

Small development but exclusive and quiet (away from Fort Road). 2 units per floor and each unit has 270 degree view: East Coast Park, MBS, Stadium and private landed property. High floor unit is airy and bright. Layout is functional and regular in shape. Walking distance to amenities and facilities. With new MRT and its Freehold status, this will appreciate in no time. Public areas have been upgraded (although it is not as modern as neighboring blocks).
