  Excellent Prime D15 Location with Fantastic V

  Nestled in the quiet of Telok Kurau in D15. Fantastic location with access to the beach, MRT/buses, renowned schools, shopping centres and famous East Coast eateries. On a PSF basis, quite a steal.

  Extreme Value & Size for District 15

  Nestled within Lorong M and in proximity to the most popular schools, I struggle to find a home with a better location at this price point and size. The layout of the homes are particular favorable and maximize space when compared to the other cluster homes where lifts take up a ton of unutilized space. The location is truly fantastic with the upcoming MRT within walking distance and several major bus stops close by. To live in or as an investment, I don't think one can go wrong owning a home at Palacio, which is why you don't see many units for sale here.

  $3.6m must be joking!

  I'm impressed with the quality of the finishes in this development. Looks good. But on sale for $3.6m?? 6 houses sold in Palacio during 2013 all circa $3.1m. Get real guys!
