Freehold with convenience

One Jervois is tucked inside a quiet area so you don't hear much traffic, but once you walk out there's buses everywhere and Valley Point is only a few mins away. FairPrice Finest, Starbucks and food options all nearby. Great World mall is also within walking distance if you don't mind a short stroll. only thing is MRT isn't exactly nearby. usually I take bus instead which honestly isn't a big problem since the bus stop is just outside. so far am enjoying city fringe living alot. best thing is definately convenience as i mentioned. tbh i hardly even drive nowadays.

HOT Tennis but otherwise great

condo facilities well maintained. pool is always clean and the gym has enough equipment for everyday workouts. also play tennis here quite often. court condition i guess is okay but during afternoon wah really v v hot because the walls around trap the heat like siao. better to book morning or evening sessions. dev itself has a nice resort feels w/ lots of greenery. common areas are generally well maintained and management generally responds if you go find them directly.

the living experience

Some units are abit compact compared to older condos.MY unit is comfortable enough, altho I have to admit layouts are not the most efficient. Some corners feel abit awkward and storage could be better. spoke to neighbours staying in other stacks, who also mentioned privacy depends alot on which facing you buy. spme facilities got jacuzzi pool right at the entrance, machiam like fish pond LOL.Oh yar, another thing is sometimes can smell petrol if the wind blows from the nearby stations (got 2 i think). Doesn't happen everyday lah... but worth mentioning in case it might concern U. Overall a nice FH condo in District 10. Peaceful, convenient and still quite value considering the location.
