  One Holland Village Residences is extremely c

  The upcoming One Holland Village Residences is just a few minutes’ walk from the Holland Village MRT station on the Circle Line. In addition, there are three bus stops located within five minutes’ walk nearby, and One Holland Village Residences’ advantageous central location in District 10 means it is just a short MRT or bus ride from town — or even to the west side of Singapore.

  High PSF but One Holland Village Residences i

  The current PSF range at One Holland Village Residences is S$2,823 to S$4,189. Pricey, but I feel it is well worth it for various reasons. For one, One Holland Village Residences is located in District 10, in Singapore’s Core Central Region. This makes it a prime location and hence land cost is also very high. Secondly, this is a mixed development, so future residents have easy access to shops, offices and they are also just steps away from the nearby Holland Village MRT station. Next, you also need to consider the rejuvenation of the Holland Village enclave. If you’re buying a unit for investment, this will surely drive up the price later. Last but not least, the project comprises three concepts — Sereen, Leven and Quincy Private Residences, the latter two being luxury residences.

  Exciting multi-concept mixed development in t

  With an estimated TOP date of end-2024, One Holland Village Residences by developer Far East Organisation is one project I’ve really been looking forward to since its launch in 2019. Already, Holland Village is one of my favourite places to hang out, and with the opening of this mixed development’s commercial space, One Holland Village, there’s now so much life in the area! Can’t get enough of all the cute furbabies roaming the pet-friendly mall, great F&B like Warabimochi Kamakura’s first Singapore store and all the delish cafes to visit! This is also an innovative multi-concept condo that features three residential concepts — Sereen, Leven and Quincy Private Residences — with various price points from everyday residential to more boutique and upscale.

  One Holland Village Review

  The strength of the location of One Holland Village is obvious to residents of SINGAPORE. To someone new to Singapore, Holland Village is a well known high end lifestyle popular with locals & expats.
