  Convenient, quiet, clean, beautiful

  Small but clean and beautiful condominium. The place is very well kept. This place is surrounded by many famous eateries. Cheap food and NTUC are also available at the nearby Whampo market. Bus stop is just down stairs and there are many buses to take you to central areas and many parts of Singapore, very convenient! Shaw Plaza is nearby if you want shopping, Mc Donalds, watching movies. Very nice place to stay.

  Mostly compact apartments above a strata shopping mall. Do note that most strata mall, especially the newer strata mall, has lower value than one thats run by a single landlord.
