  May have security issue

  There are quite a bit of shops and restaurants opened at the ground floor, which is good if you need to run errand or grab a bite. That said, the environment can be messy and may not be as safe for residents because there are many people going in and out

  Surrounded by healthcare facilities

  There are lots of hospitals and healthcare facilities nearby, making it very convenient if you ever have an emergency or fall sick often. It's also near to the malls, which means that there can be lots of traffic and can be noisy

  Pure convenience but do not expect that much

  Pure convenience but do not expect that much for a family residential living address. Shops are below and its facing the main road
