  Nova 88

  Nova 88 is in Balestier area. which I think is a underrated location. Balestier has so much good food within walking distance and Whampoa Market is nearby when I'm craving local foods. so affordable too! when I go into town also very fast whether by bus or Grab. Even though it's close to busy roads, the condo itself is surprisingly peaceful because it's tucked inside. Only thing is there's no MRT right at the doorstep, but honestly the buses around here are more than enough. recommend.

  privacy and boutique

  one thing I appreciate is how private Nova 88 feels. cos only a small number of apartments, I can quickly recognise my neighbours and the security staff. dunhave the anonymous cold feeling of larger developments. apartment layout is practical and facilities are adequate for daily use. I like to use the pool and gym, which though small, are rarely crowded. not in the city but close to the city, nice quiet freehold condo worth considering.

  District 12 gem

  got my unit at launch 2012 because wanted a freehold condo near town without paying District 9 prices. until today I still think Nova 88 offers pretty good value. The estate is small, clean and generally well looked after. Management has been doing a good job. Though common areas aren't flashy but everything is functional. My unit has held up well over the years and the layout is much more practical than some newer launches around me. Truthfully occasionally there are minor issues like insects after heavy rain but nothing that really affects my daily life. The biggest plus is still the location. Plenty of eateries, markets and daily amenities nearby!

  Longish complex in a relatively built up area. Very convenient amenities at its doorstep and Balestier, where it is located, is actually a very colourful and interesting place to live.

  Some serious flaws with construction and buil

  + Good spacious bedrooms + Quiet and peaceful -Swimming pool water leaking into units below! -Massive problem with insects -Very rude, and unresponsive management. -Min 1yr to finish any tasks

  Walk the ground

  I was comparing apartment within the area zone.Nova 88 come to be kind of mondern design compare to the rest.Location seem to very convenient if i would like to grab some food during the night.I walked 10 minutes to Novena mrt. and i did a check up on the numerous buses to different area.Kind of city fringe living.But i gt to move in by tis yr...cant wait then... Nt bad...
