Longish complex in a relatively built up area. Very convenient amenities at its doorstep and Balestier, where it is located, is actually a very colourful and interesting place to live. -

Some serious flaws with construction and buil
+ Good spacious bedrooms+ Quiet and peaceful-Swimming pool water leaking into units below!-Massive problem with insects-Very rude, and unresponsive management.-Min 1yr to finish any tasks -

Walk the ground
I was comparing apartment within the area zone.Nova 88 come to be kind of mondern design compare to the rest.Location seem to very convenient if i would like to grab some food during the night.I walked 10 minutes to Novena mrt. and i did a check up on the numerous buses to different area.Kind of city fringe living.But i gt to move in by tis yr...cant wait then...Nt bad... -
