Best condo in Northwest !!
No better condo than Northvale with all the facilities within less than 10 minutes walk. A huge SAFRA and MacDonald that is just 2 minutes across the road. All the amenities you name it, you can find it. Units are all spacious and lots of walking space in the vicinity. Recently upgraded and repainted so beautifully. Resort style. Selling price is very reasonable even though condo is relatively old. -

Very close proximity to Choa Chu Kang MRT and convenient with shopping mall. Units are spacious and regular. No wonder the prices hold very well at around $1000 for a rather old 99 year leasehold -

A different feel from any other condo...fees
Feels good to come home to a spacious condo with good layout, inside it feels so serene. Once you step out, all is bustling - MRT, mall, park, etc . I love gardening in my groundfloor unit. -

Next to CCK Park - whole place has fresh breezes. Towers are well spaced out and the ground floor units are particularly charming in their layout and the views they enjoy - feels like landed living! -

superb, truly hidden gem
a hidden gem for own living, families with children and for retirement! where else can i find a mall, mrt, bus interchange, coffeeshops, schools, park, banks, and many other amenities! ALL within a 2 min walk at a fraction of the price of other ridiculously priced newer and smaller condos nearby. i did some renovation, added some luxury fitting and reconfigured th space to include an open concept kitchen to the HUGE unit i bought. it is definitely better than any units i have seen in the nearby newer projects. the space i have now is second to none at a fraction of the price, even after including the reno cost. NO noise from the MRT because trains slow down when approaching the station:) not many people know this! a trully hidden gem with close knit singaporean, korean, russian and indian communities living here. -

Leaking Toilets & Noise
This development is only good for investment and rent it out to students! Very bad for living even though the location is convenient to MRT & Shopping Mall. Staying here for 5 years and notice increasing rental from people working shifts & noise from coming back after 12 am. Sound insulation very poor! Serious problem with leaking toilet ceilings too though I was told all condos have same problem with leaking toilet ceilings. -

do not buy lower floors
the bbq pits are just next to the blocks. those living on the lower floors will 'enjoy' the smell of burnt food and smoke every weekend. best not to buy units on the lower floors. -

Northvale
Went to see a unit lately and found this project very spacious and resort style. Big kitchen and good size living area and bedrooms. Very good location ; next to MRT, Bus Interchange, Lot1 shopping and FULL with amenities ! Food court and few petrol station near by too for 24hrs convenience. Full facilities, basically resort living , well maintenance and most of all CLEAN ! Condo is sitting on a pretty big piece of land too. I am considering this development for its convenience and location. -

VERY HAPPY RESIDENT
My family and I moved into Northvale around 2 years agao and am extremely happy so far. Location is superb with Lot 1 and MRT just at the door-step. We chose this development because units are very well spread out and it is a very family condo. The management committee is very pro-active with lots of activities. Overall maintenance of the condo has been superb. I highly recommend this development to my friends for own stay or for investment. -
