Good layout
The blocks are spaced out for bigger landscapes, so there's less chance of overlooking and more privacy. The towers along Yishun Avenue 8 are also set back 15 meters to keep traffic noise down. smart move -

Good investment property
Depending how you look at it, Yishun is the most infamous place or the most happening neighbourhood in sg. After 7 years, this is Yishun’s new EC. Everyone is very excited naturally as North Gaia is one of the (or the only) rare exec condos launched by HDB this year. Don’t care about location (1km from MRT), need to whack no matter what because value for money and upside in 10 years. Common trait for ECs, less central areas too. Am a fan of this North Gaia’s location though, near the upcoming green corridor and park connectors like the new Khatib Bongsu Nature Park, which is part of the Khatib Nature Corridor. Maybe also a good idea to mesh up windows as wild animals may “visit” you. Overall nice home to invest your money and time (10 years to wait for privatisation). -

High cost performance
Excellent facilities with attractable price. Interior design from the show flat is the most I like. -

EC in Yishun
It has been a long while since there is an EC launched in Yishun. A promising one to look out for as future developments based on the URA Masterplan may likely increase its value -
