  old world charm with modern facilities

  although Nim Gardens is a 1986 property, nobody wants it to go enbloc. nice old world charm going for it plus big-sized rooms of that era... and modern facilities like sauna, swimming pool, wading pool, bbq area, covered carpark, tennis court, squash court, multi-purpose hall and the very neat bin area at the back. location is fantastic too... serene and so peaceful, far from MRT yet still close to bus stops.

  still a good buy

  sale price of Nim Gardens is now about $3M. still a good buy despite its 39 years old of age, thanks to the cosy environment, spacious units, charming feels, and quiet private housing enclave. freehold as well.
