  very nice discovery. big 4BR and amazing loca

  Moved 3 months ago in a large 4 bedroom and i must say am positively impressed. yes the condo is a bit old and the hotel nearby not the fanciest one but the facilities are good (gym is brand new), the location is ideal and the size and view of the appartment in this neighbourhood is great.

  efficient use of land

  Just beside Hotel Royal, on a narrow plot of land, is Newton Gems, which squeezed there in 2004. efficient use of that land, maximising the space. but the units in this 30-storey development aren't too small despite this. many space for kids play, ride bikes, run around.

  spacious Newton Gems

  the apts at Newton Gems are rather spacious compared to other properties here, and range from 1-4 bedroom. good for singles, couples, small families and larger families. location is good too, near malls and schools and newton circus food centre.
