  would say that Newton 21 provides me umblocked views from my apartment and i like the balance of convenience with the bustle yet quieter atmosphere at the higher floors where i am. okay for rainy day as there are walkways too

  Newton 21 - investment piece

  buy for stay, buy for investment, or both. Newton 21 fulfils both very well with its prime location in the heart of D11, with all the facilities like tennis court, gym, sauna, swimming pool and more for both expats and locals buyers. shopping, schools, transportation all very central, even a hub for medical with HealthCity Novena and Orchard/CBD close by. personally I'm buy to hold and waiting for all the upgraders from nearby HDB to hit MOP.

  A beacon in Newton

  Newton 21 is a beacon precisely because it is towering above other low-rise landed or commercial with its 25 floors. easy to spot and comfortable stay, with location between Newton and Novena MRTs. walking distance to all your shopping and essentials, with bus stop right infront.

  Insufficient gym equipment

  The gym needs more equipment to cater to different needs. If you need to get your daily workout, it's better if you do it at home, or just find another gym outside that has the equipment you need

  Quiet but convenient

  It's a good place to live as it is near town, near Novena mrt, but it's also away from the hustle and bustle.
