Great location
We’ve lived here for the past two years as a family (8,6 and 1yo children). Quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. A few families here with a WhatsApp group to communicate play dates or open invitation to jump in the pool. My kids are quite loud and never once did we hear a complaint (which is really nice - let kids be kids!). A few couple residents with pets, our children love to see them. Great location, between two bus stops (Delfi or Aft Tomlinson) with the MRT just down the road. We sometimes cycle/scoot down. Grounds and gardens are well maintained. There is a maintenance man here during the week for any issues within the condo. We haven’t had any issues during our 2 years. The pool is really the only thing there is for the kids but it’s large and deep (my kids love the deep end). -
