  Very noisy

  A lot of street noises and noises from the school right next to the building. You are guaranteed to wake up at 6AM every day from the sound of many children screaming before their classes. Building amenities are minimal

  Awesome experience

  Straight bus down to town and MRT station is just mins walk away. Nice peaceful greenery from my living room.

  Convenient location

  Lots of amenities nearby, with a few shopping malls around. Bus stop and MRT are so easily accessible too! Love the convenience of this condo and you will never go hungry!

  Perfect location with lots of eateries and ma

  One stop convenience - food, amenities, transport, schools. Great location, private with nice surroundings. Enjoy my stay here!

  Convenience and nice surroundings

  Lots of amenities, food choices and near the MRT station and bus stops. Very safe and convenient esp. for families with children.
