Have been staying here for the past ten years , never have i found another place in Singapore with almost full marks ratings. Expressway like CTE, ECP ,AYE are all within 500 metres away. Location is quiet amidst mountainous surroundings, nice neighbourhood with people waking up
early to walk up Mount Faber which is right outside the door step. Vivo city is just a stone throw
away like roughly ten minutes walk down the hill. Apartment retained its british colonial style with distinctive characteristic. Only negative point is a car will compliment staying here more unless you are good at walking. Up and down the hill may not be suitable for older seniors. Overall , still the best place to stay in Singapore.

Mt Faber lodge
This Is the classic iconic red brick condo on mount faber.
Been around since the 80s, but its freehold. Very spacious layout with huge rooms. But you might have to do an extensive renovation, unless you liked living in the 80s and want your home to retain that retro throwback feel.
Facilities are are good. Huge pool with a decent size gym, and tennis court.
Surrounded by lush greenery and suitable for familes with children.
Resonably well maintained grounds despite its age.
Mostly western expat tenants. Very quiet and peaceful living.
biggest minus point would be inconvenience. A long walk up n down mt faber to get to the nearest bustop or ammenities Its a good 15min walk.

Good value investment
From an investor point of view,I would find this development undervalued with nearby 99 yrs condos pricing way above the asking at faber lodge. From a buyer's perspective, this is a perfect living environment for families with children giving the large living space and peaceful green surroundings esp popular with expats families.
