  Near to expressway

  It's a short distance away from the CTE, which could get pretty noisy with all that traffic esp during peak hours. But based on my memory, the noise is still bearable and I had good experience living there

  Schools nearby for families with children

  There is an international school less than 10 mins walk away and several schools and preschools in the vicinity. I would recommend it for families with children or expats living in SG

  Small swimming pool

  Swimming pool is smaller than expected. Our family wished that it was bigger and have more facilities in the pool to cater to the kids and the adults
