suitable for long stays

Monterey Park Condominium is not your typical buy to rent out or buy to flip condo. firstly, it has a 999-year lease, and also the units are really liveable in a nice area of Singapore...not just for expats passing through for a few years. yes i am one of those who bought initially for rental income but staying here since the pandemic hit, i find it really a comfortable place.

green, breezy, clean

excellent environment at Monterey Park Condominium. naturally airy with breeze, clean though slightly run down surroundings due to age, and green grounds with extended hilly and tranquil location. units are ample spacious too.

keeps me active

Monterey Park Condominium is located on a hill, in a slightly secluded location, uneven tiered ground, and quite a walk to the nearest mrt station. that said, my fitness has improved! i don't huff and puff when i climb the overhead bridge and can walk alot more during my holidays. nevertheless, it's thoughtful as there's actually a shuttle bus available to the doorstep of the condo from Clementi. so just wait a bit for convenience for non-drivers who are unable or unwilling to walk.
