  More constructions starting December 2016

  Near the Monterey Park (West Coast Vale), there will be a new construction - two 36 story residential development plus other facilities -- from December 2016. The construction vehicles will be in and out right in front of Monterey Park and Botannia (West Coast Vale). Also, there has been a construction of a new flyover across west coast highway (south of Botannia), and still ongoing. Lots of noise and dust are expected next few years.

  Monterey Park Condominium

  One of the earliest condo to be built in the Hong Leong, West Coast area, this stands out as one drives along West Coast Road. Reasonable facilities with greens and landed properties.

  Quiet and cozy environment

  This development is quiet and serene, away from AYE noise. Relaxing and cozy for the family. Units are spacious and CDL gave good quality fittings. Blocks are well-spaced from each other and density is low. Only set back is the public transport link but there are two shuttle busses (condo's own and West Coast Plaza) serving the development. Future West Coast MRT announced should be nearby.

  Value for money

  It is a nice development tucked away in a quiet corner of the West Coast area. Given the prices of the nearby properties such as Carabelle, Botannia and up and coming Hundred Trees, this is a good buy. The finishing is of good quality given it is a CDL development. The blocks are well spaced out and the pools are beautiful. The cons are, the building needs repainting and not walking distance to the nearest market and ammenities.

  Nice but warm and inaccessible

  Tucked in rather deeply. Surrounded by Botannia and landed houses. Can be quite serene and quiet depending on which block and facing as some faces the west coast highway. As the project is on an uneven terrain, too many stairs and steps, uneven flooring all over. Not too good for elderly folks. Amenities are near but not walking distance. Buildings looks rather run down and in dire needs of an overhaul paintwork. Overall, ok for those with cars and fit ones.

  Great environment

  Overall workman ship of developer is good..... Location is quiet from all the road/expressway(but yet still near the exit of West Coast Way along AYE). Nice lap pool and various smaller pool for kids....
