Most underrated development in the East. In terms of proximity to the MRT and Shopping Mall where everything is at your doorstep. Development although 20+ years still very well maintained. Only 230+ units, not so complicated and crowded. Workmanship of the units are very good for the age. Its always better than the neighboring places for sure.

Location wise, as long as living in the east
Location wise, as long as living in the east is your cup of tea, can't go wrong when it is just 3 minutes walk to the Simei MRT station. Only 230 units means less density and conjestion

Convenient but pay for the privilege
There's nothing to beat the proximity of this development to the MRT and amenities. Spectacular.Layout is blah - bedrooms are horrendously tiny to give more space to living and dining rooms. 4 bedder is nice, others are cramped. Facilities, particularly the pool is very very nice. But every one of the 6 times I went as a guest and potential buyer, something was always not working...lift, water fountain, Jacuzzi, etc??? Looks tired as well.Biggest bug bear and I suspect biggest hurdle for many is the conservancy charges - $470/mth for the 4 bedder. That's almost a hundred more than places like Savannah and Simei Green which has oodles more of facilities. Proximity to MRT shouldn't drive up conservancy, should it?

Superb Location! Just move in and love this place!The whole place is very well maintained. Doesnt look like an 8 yrs old project. The facilities are neat, tidy and clean. Well done.MRT just across the road and full of vacant seats (no more standing all the way). Mall with supermarket, restaurants, food court, coffee shop, fast food everywhere! Residents nice and honest. Dropped my wallet in premises and it was returned to the guard house for lost and found!!!Enjoyed staying here so far!
