  10/10 location

  MODA is a boutique project during the era of the "bay windows". Rooms are relatively small, and very practical. The developers recognized this by building more units mainly for investment and for small families. Location is perfect, it is near everything you need, and walking distance to multiple malls. The upcoming MRT station makes this project even more PRIME. Definitely a no brainer for rental, and to live, you need the bigger units. Overall, I've enjoyed living in here for 3 good years.

  Great location to stay, great amenities in the vicinity. Small development living is great for those who loves privacy. Future MRT is minutes walk away

  Good location, quiet relaxing condo

  Right on the doorstep of bars, cafes and shops of East Coast Road plus 15 mins walk to beach. nice and peaceful on the south facing side. The 969sqf units have large covered balconies and nice layout. Simple, stylish and quiet common facilities.

  weird floorplans

  the smaller units (775sqf units) have weird layouts.... half the living room area faced the kitchen entrance, it looks weird. Otherwise a tad pricey too... on a small piece of land.

  too pricy..

  similar size units in district 11 right next to MRT cost average 1550 psf. simply too high.
