  living in bugis at Midtown Modern is the best, as it's in the Bugis.Bras Basah museum and cultural heritage district, tons of food here including classics and contemporary picks, eclectic cuisine too. very colourful area and commute is so easy. very simple, practical clean design and colour.

  earthy tones

  toning down the glitz and glamour of CBD is Midtown Modern, providing balance with its muted earthy brown tones amid all the shiny skyscrapers. it feels warm to be here, and the greenery around is just amazing. a mini garden in a garden city.

  optimal prime!

  Midtown Modern is built on prime land, in an optimal spot (Bugis) close to everything and commuting is also a breeze as it's right above Bugis MRT. just a tad pricey for 99yr leasehold.

  Luxury Condo in an excellent locaiton

  MidTown Modern is situated in an amazing location. Minutes away from Bugis Junction, Suntec and Raffles City, with several options to choose from. While being in the city center with full of options you get the piece an quiet of such development. Laslty, Bugis offers blue and green line making moving accross Singapore easy.

  Great selection of food options nearby

  There are so many great food options around the Bugis area, including those in Bugis+, Bugis Junction, DUO Galleria especially on a Friday night. Can also walk to Raffles City Shopping Centre, or Suntec for more retail and dining option

  Great location but may face high traffic

  The area where Midtown Modern is situated may be convenient, but there may be high volume of cars during peak hour, making it difficult to travel home after work

  My dream house

  Midtown Modern is my dream location to have a house because its right next to Bugis MRT. There's so many things to do at Bugis like eating, shopping, and entertainment. Super convenient if you want to travel out of Bugis too
