Great selection of food options nearby
There are so many great food options around the Bugis area, including those in Bugis+, Bugis Junction, DUO Galleria especially on a Friday night. Can also walk to Raffles City Shopping Centre, or Suntec for more retail and dining option -

Great location but may face high traffic
The area where Midtown Modern is situated may be convenient, but there may be high volume of cars during peak hour, making it difficult to travel home after work -

My dream house
Midtown Modern is my dream location to have a house because its right next to Bugis MRT. There's so many things to do at Bugis like eating, shopping, and entertainment. Super convenient if you want to travel out of Bugis too -
