  Guocoland guarantee

  generally i feel properties by Guocoland are reliable quality and Midtown Bay is no exception. luxury and well-connected in the middle of the city, what more can i ask for?

  plenty at downstairs

  below Midtown Bay you will find a plethora of food and shopping options, will never go hungry or get bored. it's also literally at Bugis station (downtown line side) so can easily connect under shelter to DUO or other locations in Singapore with ease. very practical, can understand why it won Best WFH Dev on PropertyGuru

  Midtown Bay is connected to the whole Guoco Midtown infra that comprises offices, f&b, retail, co-working etc which is a holistic live work play solution for those who desire it. great for rental income to expats or for own stay. luxurious design with high-end finishes like marble and gorgeous sky garden too.

  love the squarish layout

  from 1br to 3br at Midtown Bay, love how they are all efficient squarish layouts with a generous balcony. no weird building elements like a curved wall, just functional and square so i can plan my space well. utilitarian and practical even though it's luxury.

  an integrated plan

  early days yet, as Midtown Bay was just completed in 2023. for now still see a lot of construction underway from my balcony but look forward to the completion of the whole Midtown plan where shopping, entertainment, work and home all come together under one roof.

  literally located in midtown Singapore, Midtown Bay promises and delivers unbeatable unobstructed views of Marina Bay, Kallang Basin, Orchard Road and the sea. for the best view, head up to level 33 so there's fewer high rise to compete with

  3 MRT line, Suntec, Bugis junctions, NLB, Esplanade, Marina Bay.... What else you want?

  First class location and spiderweb like conne

  Fantanstic location - walking to Suntec, Tan Kwee Lan St, Peck Seah St, Bugis junction, and Esplanade. Connecting to 3 MRT lines. Plenty of food, entertainment and working space around (Network hub).

  Luxurious living, but leave the car behind

  As high-end and attractive as it looks, it is troublesome to get in and out if you live here and if you drive. You'll have to deal with the traffic every day. My advice? Ditch the car if you wanna live here. You don’t really need it anyway.
