Dirty dusty No views
Terrible Living Experiencenothing but a frustrating and unpleasant experience living in this condominium. First, the noise level is unbearable. The constant construction and lack of soundproofing make it impossible to have a moment of peace, even inside your own unit. Dust is everywhere, and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. You can’t open your windows without inviting a cloud of debris inside.The residents? Absolutely arrogant. There’s a sense of entitlement that pervades the whole place. -

Better condos nearby at same rate
I have lived in Meyer residence for 2 years and after the rental price increase, I don’t think this place is worth it. The above reviews are pretty old. The current situation is that the sea view is blocked completely so anyone selling a story of sea view is a fraud. There r 2 different noises that the units of this condo will be subject to - the new Katong Park MRT coming up and the new Liv MB construction. While if you close the windows the noise can be muted considerably, but what is the point of this if you want an open n airy place to live. The condo itself does not have any amenities but yet the rental increase is almost same as the nearby condos with more facilities and better view. The only good thing is the location but the condo has nothin to do with this. -

good living
convenient,easy accessible to town,good,serene and quiet. I think this is a very nice area to stay. cant find another similiar location in Singapore that has it all. Beautiful park,full residential area,prestige and peaceful.. -

Overall summary
I seriously think that this apartment ONLY suits working singles and family with a kid.Very small pool, a pathetic playground(miserably small area) and the BBQ corner only has a retangular table with a couple of chairs.Multi storey car park makes the place looks cheapo (basement carpark looks classier) and definitely not suitable for family of 4 to 5 and not much landscaping too.What can we expect from a small project ?? -

What a lovely place to stay
Personally i love staying here cos its convenient to the city and yet its quiet,peaceful n breezy..My family love staying here too cos its like having it all, city life and yet resort feel. Across the road is katong park where you can go for a jog or stroll with ur kids or pets. As for facility i think it is enough for me as there's gym,tennis court,barbecue pit n swimming pool. Overall its very private feel and excellent enviroment. -
