  High ceiling at Mattar

  This stylish Mattar Residences apartment complex boasts high ceilings that are less common in space-starved Singapore. Well, there's only 26 units here in this freehold building, and that makes it worth the $1.5M price tag.

  Near Mattar MRT and bus stop outside

  Mattar Residences is centrally located and just footsteps from the Mattar Downtown MRT line. convenient and easy to get to CBD and main attractions like MBS, and town area like Bugis or even further to airport. There's also a bus stop right outside the building for added convenience.

  Tinted privacy windows

  I value my privacy and it is a relief to see that the exterior of Mattar Residences is a very reflective type of tinted glass windows. This gives it an iconic look as well, although there's some office-building vibe about it. Amenities are basic but at least there's a playground and a swimming pool.
