  Superb Location within Nice Neighborhood

  Plus and Minus for the development : - + Near to Macritchie Res + Walking dist to 2 MRT stations(Bishan & Marymount) + Nice land plot/size + 5 mins drive to city + Very windy / quiet condo - 20 plus years condo need maintenance/revamp - need work on its landscape/gardens
