too near road, abit noisy
transportation is convenient with road and bus stop, ACS school and church within walking distance. but these are all noise factors for those seeking a tranquil haven in this prime land where prices are all premium. advice to come here to walk and take a listen throughout the day to see if you are okay before settling here

priced at $3 to $3.35M per unit, Martina Mansions has been appreciating in its property price, about 50% increase since 2020 when it was $2M+. good for those who buy and hold, as it is freehold and in the much sought after prime bukit timah area close to all the popular schools like ACS and The Chinese High School. age is not too big an issue, because building is still in a good condition. steady and stable especially for families with schoolgoing children.
