  3 years+ of satisfying city living

  Martin 38 is definitely good for those who appreciate a quiet yet convenient city lifestyle. My husband and I have very much enjoyed the proximity to the cafes & restaurants near the river. New Bahru, which is around the corner, offers a new array of F&B and activities. We shop for our groceries at Great World, which is a pleasant walk from the condo (even more convenient if you access via the nearest mrt exit). Our pool is beautiful, and we loved how the entire pool area is often empty - we'd feel like we have the entire space to ourselves. The management is awesome, they know us by name & are very helpful and professional - I would say hotel quality concierge service (they even supply fresh towels to the pool). We're moving out for a bigger space, but we will sorely miss our house here.

  Modern, industrial and high-end. Great vibe. Fantastic concierge and well maintained. Could not ask for more.

  Superb staff and location [would write more b

  Writing this as the above from Sally Brown is quite misleading. My girlfriend and I moved in 3 months ago and we're delighted with just about everything - concierge and location particularly superb.

  Many better options in the area

  Rented this "luxury" property based on how it looks but was extremely disappointed over my 2 year tenancy. 1. Concierge was terrible and poorly trained 2. One of our lifts was broken for over 2 months 3. Noisy construction everywhere. Not really their fault but I can't understand why windows in a road facing 'luxury' condo aren't double glazed 4. NO GYM! Absolutely ridiculous... 5. Everything in the unit kept falling apart. So much for luxury finishings. 6. Built-in appliances are rubbish The sales staff who works for the developer and showed me the unit also lied about a lot before I moved in so please be wary.
