  Superb construction quality

  It came to my attention when I stepped into one of the show units that the quality of materials and fittings at Martin Modern are very high. There’s an attention to detail that works for sticklers like me. I even like the design of the building, and have been using all the facilities and amenities regularly. The 4-bedroom unit I purchased has a very different floor plan compared to the 3-bedder, with rectangular rooms instead of square ones. It opens up a lot more space and raises the bar in luxury living.

  So unique

  Martin Modern might just be the most relaxing and unique condo in the Robertson Quay area. While it towers over 30 floors, I find the development extremely peaceful, from the project's landscaping to the interiors. The views from the condo are pretty amazing too. The rooms feel spacious and boast higher ceilings compared to other projects. The kitchen also comes with high-quality fittings which I love.
