  Good place to live

  This is a good condo. Just that over the years, maintenance and management needs improvements. I have another condo near Sixth Ave, more than 20 years old but looks so much better. noticed the common areas defects can be fixed easily. And im definitely against spending big sums of money from the Funds. sometimes we need to understand Big problems need simple solutions that does not cost much
