  small and cosy...

  you would think somewhere so expensive might feel cold and not like a home, but we have turned it into somewhere so cosy, perfect for my schgoing children and we love Botanic Gardens which is close also. what a wonderful little enclave in Singapore to stay in! only thing that affects is the small pool, but have taken all other factors into consideration before buying.

  privacy is good

  low density freehold with 56 units spread out over 18 storeys. even has private lift lobby to each apartment. totally appreciate as i dislike sharing lift with others before i upgraded my family to a 5BR here
