Great location with accesibility in all directions. Much closer to Commonwealth estate from the back gate than going to Holland estate. Easy and quick access to the market and coffee shops below, though need to climb stairs. Sheltered and very fast to Orchard Road via government flats to the bus stop. At Commonwealth MRT there is a Chinese supermarket (Sheng Siong) and there is Giant at Margaret Drive (also walkable) where there are more eateries and local shops. Anchorpoint and Ikea are also a short bus ride away. It's quiet here and not many who use the pool or BBQ facilities. You hardly meet any neighbors as the lifts are all private. Kitchen is small though; more like a pantry, hardly any table top space but you can always go down to Commonwealth estate to get takeaway.
Condo is in good condition now. MA was changed and significant repairs and repainting works were done in 2022 and 2023. Condo is quiet and peaceful. Approx half is owner occupied and half is tenanted. No tennis courts or internal gym but has three pools including shallow kids pool, lap pool and free-form pool with BBQ. 10 mins walk to Holl Vill and the MRT there. Nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk. Carpark fully covered. Pleasant for young families as well as professional living. Good open views from most units.
Very green & tranquil & close to Holland Village. Sadly, the condo is poorly maintained & the security guards almost do not exist . Nice lap pool but no tennis court and no proper gym.This condo is better for singles or couples w/o kids. Not a condo for families as it is not kid-friendly or pet-friendly.
