  Review on Lucida

  Of the few apartments stayed in Singapore, Lucida gives an open space feel in the house with good finishing to support daily living. Amenities are sufficient and nearby shops support most needs, including groceries, restaurants, education and kids play zones.

  Lucida

  Good location. Friendly neighbors. However non- existent Managing agent(Weavepaxt). Defects in the condo need to be reflected by residents and takes forever to be fixed. Probably HDb town council could have done a better job. E.g barrier to front entrance was damaged by resident. Took 6 mths to fix and replace the barrier. And zero communications with the residents about the damage during this 6 mths. Not sure if MCST existed.

  Great Location

  Unit size is good to me, large living room and the balcony is good sized and usable. The condo is near United Square and 5 mins away from town by car which is great. Facilities is good for this size but does not have tennis court and basketball court like the bigger developments have. Overall very well maintained condo. I am very satisfied staying here.
