  Unit facing pool towards middle of the units

  good: peaceful if unit facing pool side on level 3+ further away from traffic sounds. Stevens MRT & many buses within 200-300m away. Suitable for singles. Close to Tanglin Community Centre & multiple parks bad: Management was terrible, urgent things were not resolved for months without pushing. Mold is an issue. Damaged equipment in gym left as it was - 1 person flew off the treadmill due damage left untouched. Lift, car lifts & gate for building break down often. no visitors parking as some residents have hogged the lots for drop offs etc… VERY Slippery floors when it rains, both myself & some neighbours have hurt themselves falling on lobby floor during rain. Pool & sitting outdoor furniture - broken, Torn & frankly seen better days. why I miss it: • peace • mrt

  Small development. Has a unique unit with its own private pool for a one bed room. In a class of its own
