  Lloyd SixtyFive, though small, is blessed with full facilities. my fave is the sprawling playground, where not only my kids enjoy but also an area for me to do my yoga and aerobics

  compact classic at Lloyd Road

  tucked away in a quiet street around the orchard and river valley area is Lloyd 65. the quiet approach home feels so welcoming and calming. only downside is building is kinda small, but i usually keep my curtains closed so no issue when it comes to accidentally looking into someone else's unit due to the tight layout.

  pricey but location well worth

  the apartments at Lloyd Sixtyfive begin at a minimum of $2 million a pop, but the location at its namesake Lloyd Road around town is well worth the high price tag. gorgeous investment, especially once ABSD comes down.

  Worst Management of a property I have ever se

  This is the absoliute worst management of a property I have ever seen. The team is rude, unresponsive, and does not solve a single issue. The community areas are mismanaged. Do NOT RENT HERE.

  Quality apartment

  I have seen the showflat years ago and I was impressed, but due to the ABSD, I have not done anything as of then. It has reached the TOP and I have closely monitored the prices within these few years, it is favorable in today's market. Will go down again to look for sure.
